Integral investment in Codecool

Integral Venture Partners (Integral), an investment firm, announced today that, following an agreement in December 2020, it has completed its growth capital investment in Codecool, a leading pan-CEE digital education and reskilling business. Integral is anchoring the latest funding round for the company, joined by existing institutional shareholders including venture capital firms Lead Ventures, Portfolion and Balázs Vinnai, founder and leading digital serial entrepreneur.
Integral manages institutional private equity and growth capital and is focused on investments in the countries of central and south-eastern Europe. Integral’s fund is backed by leading institutional investors including the EIF, the EBRD, and the IFC. Integral covers its pan-regional target market out of hubs in London, Budapest, and Belgrade.
Codecool, founded in 2014, specializes in fast tracked, practical courses teaching students about digital program coding and related fields as well as placing digital human resources with corporate clients; it also offers tailored reskilling programs for corporates and public authorities. The company is the leader on the Hungarian market, with rapidly growing presence in Poland and Romania.
The terms of the investment were not disclosed.
