3. Description of the key eligibility criteria:

   1. • immediately before or after the time of first investment qualify as SMEs;

      • are established and operating in Member States of the EU, Montenegro, Serbia or Republic of Macedonia at the time of first investment;

      • are in Expansion or Growth Stage at the time of first investment; and

      • do not qualify as Excluded Final Recipients

4. Investment focus (if applicable): companies that are at the time of first investment, SMEs and/or a Small Mid-caps, based or active in the territory of the Member States of the European Union or a candidate or potential candidate countries
