Environmental and Social Policies
Integral Venture Partners SARL (IVP), on behalf of Evolving Europe Principal Investments Fund I SCSP (the Fund) and its investment advisors, has committed to adhere to the Environmental and Social (E&S) Policies established by Developing Financial Institutions (DFIs):   the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the International Finance Corporation (IFC).  A copy of IVP’s E&S Policy is available on request at info@integralvp.com or via the Contact Form on the website. Though the E&S factors and sustainability risks are considered and implemented throughout all the stages of investment process, including monitoring of the Investments’ performance, neither the Fund, nor its investment advisers consider the adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors in the manner prescribed by Article 4 of the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial sector. They might be considered at the later stage when more qualitative and quantitative data becomes available.
None of the Fund, IVP or its investment advisors have any remuneration tied to environmental performance.
Any stakeholders or concerned parties are encouraged to notify IVP about any E&S events which may affect them as a result of any activities of the Fund’s portfolio companies. Please address any enquiries or concerns to the e-mail address info@integralvp.com or via the Contact Form on the website.
